Cooking Class - 'Farsang' edition by ESN Debrecen

Dear Erasmus Students, 

Let us invite you to our Cooking Class event on Friday, where you can learn to cook two Hungarian specialities and there will be a hint of Farsang, too!

Farsang is an important tradition in Hungary, as it is in many parts of the world. It's a special way of saying goodbye to winter and welcoming spring. This is the time when we make our famous and delicious food, named fánk.
On Friday you'll have a chance to learn how to make this tasteful dessert.

Meeting point: Kossuth Lajos III. Dormitory Reception
Meeting time: 17:45 (3 March, Friday)

Menu:
Hungarian Fánk (Doughnut)
Special doughnut, called Csöröge fánk
