ESN Debrecen visits the Invisible Exhibition

You find yourself in a world where eyesight has no role to play as if it were turned off and you have to take a 45-minute walk in the darkness, where everything is like in the real world, only light has disappeared.

During this walk, you can experience:

• how a blind person recognizes each product when shopping
• how to pay for it with the help and guidance of people with visual impairments.

As part of the program, they could get acquainted with the independent lifestyle of the visually impaired people and with their tools.

For example:

• speaking hours
• color recognition
• tape
• ruler
• board games
• other everyday items

We also present you Braille writing and you can get a glimpse of guide dogs' lives.
